Before you book
A few useful details to help you plan your stay at Vila Ivka. Your booking is made directly with the owners.
Direct booking & payment
The rate is for the whole villa for up to 8 guests, with no platform fee. A 30% deposit confirms your booking; for stays in July and August, the deposit is 50%. The remaining balance is paid on arrival. Every booking is confirmed personally by the owner, not an agency.
Minimum stay
Minimum 3 nights in most months, 5 nights over Christmas and New Year, and 7 nights from June through September. Minimum stay is checked against your selected dates.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
Cancellation policy
More than 60 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full. More than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable. If you leave early, the full price of the remaining booked nights is charged.
Included in your stay
The entire villa, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, garden, terraces, balcony and free private parking. Pets are welcome free of charge.
Pool, jacuzzi & sauna
The infinity pool is open from 1 May to 1 October. The jacuzzi and sauna can also be enjoyed in winter. Guests can use the outdoor dining terrace, shower, toilet, barbecue and games room.
House rules
No smoking indoors. Parties and events are not permitted. Children of all ages are welcome; a cot for a child up to 3 years is available free on request. Please ask in advance about any special requirements.
Booking confirmation
Sending an enquiry does not automatically confirm the dates. Your reservation is confirmed only after the owner checks availability and replies to you.
Guest capacity
The standard rate covers up to 8 guests. The living-room sofa bed can accommodate up to 2 additional guests for €50 per person per night. Please include the total number of guests in your enquiry.
