Prices are based on 8 guests. Add 50,00 € per additional guest per Day. For booking confirmation is required to deposit a 40% price advance, the remaining amount to pay on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations, if you cancel your trip within a period of more than *60 days before your arrival. If you cancel a reservation more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded 50% of the advance. The deposit is not refundable when canceling a reservation less than 30 days before your arrival. In case of early termination of your stay we charge 100% of the full price of the remaining days that were booked.
